These are the terms of service for Rayyeh ("the app", "we", "us"), an
individual-operated marketplace for short-stay rentals, hotels, car rentals,
and organized trips in the West Bank.
By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, please do not use the app.
The operator is Laith Amro, an individual based in the West Bank,
reachable at amrlaith05@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding
contracts to use Rayyeh. By signing up you confirm you are.
You can use Rayyeh as:
book. The HOTEL category is reserved for the operator — regular hosts can
list properties, cars, and organized trips only.
You may not impersonate someone else, create accounts to abuse the app, scrape
listings, or use Rayyeh to facilitate illegal activity.
Rayyeh is a technology platform that connects guests to hosts. We are not:
Hosts list their own inventory. Guests book it. The contract is between the
host and the guest. Rayyeh facilitates the connection.

The app does not process card payments. The guest pays the host on arrival or
on pickup, by whatever method the host accepts (typically cash or local bank

the booking. The default is: free cancellation up to 1 day before check-in.
Some listings are non-cancellable; this is clearly shown before booking.
Once cancelled, a booking cannot be reinstated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be
notified in-app and the Effective date above will be updated. Continuing
to use Rayyeh after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine. Any
dispute between you and Rayyeh will be resolved in good faith first; if
unresolved within 60 days, the courts of the West Bank have exclusive
jurisdiction.
